Mental Elf is a festive fun run for everyone - whether youโre a seasoned runner, love a stroll in the park, or even want to bring the kids or your four-legged friends! Walk, jog, skip, or run - the focus is on fun, community, and raising vital funds for your local Mind. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged - the sillier, the better! ๐๐ฆ
Thanks to our partnership with the National Trust, weโre able to offer free family passes to every participant and volunteer - a little extra festive cheer for joining in the fun! Plus, there will be festive stalls with activities, food, drink and music.
