Evening Yoga Flow

A wonderful way to reconnect to your body and wind down at the end of the day, whilst building strength, focus and awareness.

We ease in gently, grounding ourselves with lying, seated & kneeling poses, then gradually flow towards some stronger standing poses through sun or moon salutations, before making our way back down to the ground, finishing with a lovely long relaxation.

All levels welcome. More experienced yogis can be challenged if they like, and beginners offered gentle alternatives.
