In this beautiful, cosy space, limited to just six individuals, this is your opportunity to relax, rest and rejuvenate as I create a soundscape for you.
I'm intentionally keeping it small to ensure a genuine connection among us and hope you will join me regularly. Booking is essential, so please use the link below!!

While Sound Healing can offer numerous benefits to many individuals, it's important to note that there are certain cases where it might not be suitable. Sound Healing may not be suitable for:
Individuals with severe mental health disorders or serious medical conditions.
Individuals with sound-related sensitivities or disorders, or people with metal plates.
Pregnant individuals in their first trimester.
Individuals with very low or high blood pressure.
