I am delighted to invite you to this monthly Friday evening Soundbath at my gorgeous studio nestled at the bottom of my garden in Collingham, Newark. In this beautiful, cosy space, limited to just six individuals, we'll start with a cacao ceremony and set an intention but ultimately this is your opportunity to relax, rest and rejuvenate as I create a soundscape for you.
I'm intentionally keeping it small to ensure a genuine connection among us and hope you will join me regularly. Booking is essential, so please follow the link below!!
Blankets, cushions, and mats will be lovingly provided – all you need to bring is your presence and an open heart.

While Sound Healing can offer numerous benefits to many individuals, it's important to note that there are certain cases where it might not be suitable. Sound Healing may not be suitable for:
Individuals with severe mental health disorders or serious medical conditions.
Individuals with sound-related sensitivities or disorders, or people with metal plates recently fitted.
Pregnant individuals in their first trimester.
Individuals with very low or high blood pressure.
