Full Moon Yoga Weeks: (1/12, 3/9, 4/13, etc.) Celebrate the powerful energy of the full moon with reflective and releasing poses.
New Moon Yoga Weeks: (1/26, 3/30, 4/27, etc.) Connect with the introspective energy of the new moon to set intentions and plant seeds for growth.
Crystal Yoga Weeks: (1/19, 2/16, 3/16, etc.) Incorporate the healing vibrations of crystals into your practice for added balance and focus.
Smudging & Clearing Yoga Weeks: (2/2, 2/23, 3/23, etc.) Begin class with an energy cleanse using smudging herbs and essential oil sprays.
Oracle Cards & Yoga Weeks: (4/6, 6/15, etc.) Receive inspiration with a personal oracle card reading as part of your practice.
Detoxification Yoga Week: (3/2) Enhance your body’s natural detox processes with twists, breathwork, and cleansing tea.
Special Seasonal Themes:
Winter Solstice Yoga (12/21): Honor the return of light with grounding and reflective poses.
Holiday Reiki, Tea, & Yoga (11/30): Celebrate the season with relaxation, community, and seasonal treats.
