Mala, Mantra & Meditation

This is a beautiful opportunity to join me for a Mala making, mantra and meditation workshop.

Mantra is a sure way to find peace of mind, working towards self-realization. Mantra can be a magical too to help heal or remove blockages in your mind and life.

During this magical workshop you will have the rare and empowering chance to make your own mala beads, learn all about the Mala and its significance. Learn all about how to use mantra in our meditation practice, and find our own personal mantra to achieve self-liberation.

Where:- Walton-on-Trent Village Hall
Investment:- £75 (price includes cost of items to make your own unique Mala)

Refreshments such as herbal tea will be provided.
