After a very successful first session last Saturday, this is now a permanent event, held on every Tuesday and Saturday!
Come join us for a gentle yoga fusion session in the harmonious setting of Your Space Sutton Community Garden Café! Let's stretch, breathe, and find our zen surrounded by some lovely people and a fantastic backdrop of beautiful plants.
No experience needed, just bring a mat, beach towel or blanket, and an open mind. This small group session is the perfect way to unwind the mind, refresh the body and connect with nature.
