Mental Health Matters

Join us as Sutton United Foundation hosts a Mental Health Matters Matchday, in partnership with The Proper Blokes Club and Speakeasy Club. This event is about more than football—it’s about raising awareness, encouraging open conversations, and showing support for mental health across our community.

We invite fans, families, and local groups to come together and help make mental wellbeing part of everyday life. Your presence helps show that mental health matters—and that talking about it is a sign of strength.

Schedule:12:45 – Mental Health Walk (5km from the club car park) - the first 50 registrations get a free match ticket14:00 – Meet our partners in the FanZone, learn about the Mental Health Bench and Bar Barrel, access resources, and bid for a Mental Health Matters t-shirt signed by the Sutton United team15:00 – Kick-off15:45 – Half-time: FanZone remains open for chats and information16:00 – Silent auction closes for the signed Mental Health Matters t-shirts
