Grief Cafe-Sussex Gathering (2-4pm)

Grief can feel isolating—but you don’t have to walk through it alone. Our Sussex Grief Café is a free, welcoming space where anyone navigating loss can find connection, comfort, and understanding.

Join us every Monday afternoon from 2–4 PM at the Sussex Public Library. Whether you feel like talking or simply want to sit with others who understand, you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and a listening ear.

There’s no need to register. Just drop in when you’re ready.

We know the hardest part is walking through the door—but in Sussex, that door opens to a community that truly cares.
