7 – 9 am, 15 June, and then every 3rd Sunday of the Month.

Hey everyone

Welcome to our “off season sessions”,

Aiming every 3rd week of the month.

Bring a friend to Come try Rowing, Work on some technique in a boat or on the erg, Have a casual row or try sweeping, Discuss off season rowing drills, strength and fitness training.

These sessions are intended to be fun & informative, supportive with no pressure.

Also gives u chance to maintain our gear.
We’ll seek numbers before scheduled weekend before we confirm.

BBQ – eggs bacon rolls, waters
Cafe for coffees

Not compulsory, just if you’re keen.
