Mandala making ceremonies offer a beautiful opportunity to connect with our elemental selves- Our creativity, current season of life, beauty and the medicine of connection with the senses.

Working together nature helps us to understand the relationship of reciprocity and will leave you feeling grounded and centred. From here healing naturally flows and life is celebrated.

You are welcome and invited to bring an item that is special to you to be incorporated into our creation.

You are also welcome to bring extra cushions etc if needed for your comfort, as we will be sitting on the floor. I will have cushions and bolsters ready for everyone.
