All time limits are 60s

Beginners is for someone who has NEVER competed in a novice but has previously done a first timers or beginners or has never competed and honestly believe novice is to heavy be honest with yourself.

Novice is for someone who has never placed top 3 previously, however there are some circumstances that are not relevant so please drop us a message to discuss this. (For example if there were only 4 people in your previous comp)

Hot and cold food will be available. Comp Ts will be given to all athletes and trophies for top 3 of each category.
