Join us for a beachside escape that blends sauna heat, cold sea dips, and connection! We’ve secured a private sauna right on the sand at King Edward's Bay, and you’re invited to a morning of rejuvenation, community, and cosy vibes — all set by the sea.

🌊 10:00 AM – Meet on the beach

🔥 10:20 AM – Sauna Session (approx. 50 mins) – sweat it out, breathe deep, and relax

🍪 Beach Picnic – Bring something you love and want to share! (Weather dependent – if it’s chilly, we’ll head for coffee nearby.)
