Aerial Hoop: Loops

This workshop is a bit of a hybrid - exploring above the aerial hoop. Where we would normally have strops, we'll have a beautiful violet rope. The rope is kinder to us and so we can create more expressive looped shapes and sequences.

We also spend part of this session working on the loop alone which acts similar to a cloudswing.
