ReforMEN - A Men’s Pilates Workshop

We are back again.

Our next episode of ReforMEN is scheduled for July 27th.

ReforMEN's mission is to help break the stereotype that Pilates is only for women and aims to educate men on the benefits of Pilates on men's health both physically and mentally while creating a fun and safe space for men to connect.

This event is fun filled, lots of laughter and a bit of sweat�.
