WHAT TO EXPECT: Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get settled in the salt room. Eye masks and blankets are available. Recline and relax in a zero-gravity chair. Krista will lead you in an opening rhythmic breathing exercise, allowing the pure, dry, micronized salt air particles envelop you, both inside and out, providing an anti-inflammatory and cleansing effect by absorbing bacteria and pollutants within the mucous lining of the respiratory system and on the body, calming skin conditions, and helping clear sinuses, lungs and skin from allergens and bacteria.
The sounds of healing rhythms, singing bowls, and other instruments envelop you, creating a profound sense of relaxation, healing, and deeper inner peace.
