Back to School Orientation
You're Invited to Furman Middle School's Welcome & Meet the Teacher Night!
We’re excited to welcome our new and returning students to an evening designed to kick off a successful school year. Join us on campus to learn more about what’s ahead and meet the amazing staff who will be guiding your child this year.
Event Schedule:
5:30–6:00 PM – Welcome Session
This session is especially for incoming 6th grade students and any students who are new to Furman. Meet school leaders, learn about expectations, and get a head start on a smooth transition.
6:00–7:30 PM – Meet the Teacher
All families are invited to visit classrooms, connect with teachers, and explore the school. This is a great time to ask questions, drop off supplies, and build strong partnerships from day one.
Whether you're brand new or returning, we can’t wait to see you there and start the year off strong together.
The SSD Clear Bag Procedure will be enforced for all events. Please plan accordingly.
