Join me Monday May 5th from 7 - 8 PM for Connection to the Universe, Grounding to the Earth A Guided Visualization & Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

Step into a timeless healing meadow and journey through a deeply restorative guided visualization designed to ground your energy to the Earth and connect you to the infinite wisdom of the cosmos.

This experience will invite you to release what no longer serves, receive the healing frequencies you are ready for, and align body, mind, and spirit with the natural rhythms of the planet.

Following the visualization, you’ll be immersed in the soothing, high-vibrational tones of crystal singing bowls — sacred instruments that harmonize your energy field and deepen your connection to the present moment.

Each session is unique and offers something new — all for your highest and best good.


Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.


* Fee is $20 per person. (paid at the door)

* Space is limited to 6 people per event.

* We will provide folding mats, cushions or chairs.

* Bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
