We'll begin with a calming herbal tea service and light snacks, followed by gentle intention setting in our cozy sanctuary. Then, allow yourself to fully relax during a one-hour sound bath surrounded by flickering candles, crystal singing bowls, and warm, grounding frequencies. This is your time to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect with your inner peace.
