Did you miss last Friday’s ‘Summer Crush’ playlist, and wish you had been there? Well fear not, we have an encore this Thursday at 7pm. Our class is growing and we have a wonderful group that is falling in love with spinning!

First time and scared to try it? No worries, our class is suitable for all fitness levels and there are modifications for all! Come have fun with us and move to some catchy tunes that will make it impossible for you to not want to move and get up out of your seat!
