A Kids’ Yoga + Mindfulness Summer Adventure

Pack your curiosity and bring your biggest smile—The Joyful Journey Camp is all about movement, mindfulness, and making magical memories! This 4-day camp invites kids ages 5–12 to explore yoga, gratitude, creativity, and self-expression in a playful, supportive space.

Through daily yoga adventures, art projects, and mindfulness games, children will:
