• Learn safe and effective yoga modifications to carry into your practice throughout pregnancy.
• Explore breathing techniques to support relaxation, reduce anxiety, and prepare for labor.
• Address common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, and fatigue.
• Move through a gentle and supportive yoga practice tailored for prenatal bodies.
• Engage in a discussion and Q&A to deepen your understanding of prenatal wellness.
• End with a restorative meditation to cultivate a deeper connection between you and your baby.
