Wine and Dine Italian Spring- Cooking Class

Join us for this hands on class for Springtime in Italian Cuisine! Working in groups of two you will create a made from scratch menu paired with a glass of Italian wine. Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.

Menu: Sweet Pea Ricotta Bruschetta, Arugula and Prosciutto Salad, Lemon and Asparagus Risotto- Paired with your choice of an Italian Red or White Wine

Instruction includes:

-Vegetable Preparation
-Vinaigrettes
-Risotto techniques
-Knife skills

* Class includes 1 glass of Italian White or Red Wine
* Additional Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

This class is restricted to participants 21+.
