Vegetarian Garden to Table- Cooking Class

This class is limited to ages 18+.

Join us for this hands on class in Vegetarian Cuisine! Working in groups of two you will create a made from scratch menu that you can easily make at home! Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.

Menu: Snap Pea and Radish Salad, Eggplant and Zucchini Roulades with Pesto, Spiced Chickpea Curry with Raita and Basamati

Instruction includes:
-Vegetable preparation
-Use of Indian spices and rice
-Roasting and baking
-Knife skills

* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
