Join us for a farm-themed class that goes beyond traditional studies by actively engaging students in hands-on, inquiry-based learning. We use the farm setting to cultivate curiosity, problem-solving, and creative thinking through a variety of age-appropriate sensory projects and play, while encouraging socialization for parents and children!
What to expect: Gobble, gobble! Get ready for a morning of silly turkey fun. We'll flap our wings, wobble our heads, and sing songs about our feathered friends. Through interactive stories and dramatic play, feather counting, and a fun turkey-themed snack and craft, we will learn about turkeys in a playful, imaginative way. It's a class filled with giggles and wiggles, celebrating all the fun and silly things turkeys do.
Details:
Age Recommendation (1-5 years old): While ages are suggested, it's important for a parent or guardian to stay with their child throughout the entire class.
Ticket Information: No ticket is needed for the Parent or Guardian accompanying the child.
Waiver Requirement: Prior to the commencement of the class, a waiver must be signed by the parent or guardian.
Logistics:
Location: The class is conducted outdoors, providing a natural and immersive farm environment. Class will be held indoors when needed.
Dress Code: Please dress your little one to be ready to play and explore! We may be using washable paint, exploring with all of our senses, and investigating the farm, so we may get a little dirty in the process! The class will be both inside and outside so please dress for the weather.
Rain or Shine: Our classes aim to continue regardless of weather conditions. We encourage attendees to come prepared for any weather, but in the case of severe weather, classes may need to be canceled for safety reasons.
