Have you wanted to make your own sushi? Join us for all the tips, tricks, and recipes to being able to make sushi at home! We will provide all the ingredients and tools for you to make as many rolls as you can eat.

Menu: make your own sushi with vegetables, cream cheese, avocado, spicy mayo, crab, shrimp tempura, smoked salmon and more
*No raw fish will be served in this class

Techniques: 

Sushi Rice preparation and cooking
How to roll and shape a variety of sushi rolls
Demo of Fried Shrimp Tempura
Common sauces and condiments
Knife skills 
* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
* Cost of class includes service and processing fees

What if I have a food allergy?  We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. If you have any of the following allergies: Gluten, Nuts, Dairy, Soy, Shellfish, Eggs please email info@rosewfarm.com to notify us. 

Cancellation Policy? All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email info@rosewfarm.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class. 

Should I eat before class? All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
