Join us for this hands on cooking class where we master summer pies and tarts. Pies will be cooked and prepared in groups of up to four and will get to eat after instruction or bring samples home.

Dutch Apple pies
Sweet potato Hand pies 
Pear Almond tart
Instruction includes:

Pie and tart Dough
Custard Filling 
Baking techniques
Fruit preparation 
* Beer, Wine, seasonal cocktail or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.


What if I have a food allergy? We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. If you have any of the following allergies: Gluten, Nuts, Dairy, Soy, Shellfish, Eggs please email info@rosewfarm.com to notify us. 

Cancellation Policy? All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email info@rosewfarm.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class. 

Should I eat before class? All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
