Little Humans, Big Feelings

If your little one needs support expressing their feelings, articulating their needs or regulating big emotions, you've come to the right place! Stories, puppet plays, self-regulation strategies and play-based activities introduce simple ways for children and caregivers to navigate tough moments together.

With continued practice at home, your child can build healthy skills for recognizing their feelings, becoming more self-aware, showing empathy and managing strong emotions. For ages 2-5.
