Jaylin is graduating with his Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University on May 9, 2025 and just weeks prior, he completed the prestigious Minority Political Leadership Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University. This celebration recognizes the culmination of years of hard work, service, and a deep commitment to leadership and public impact.
