Pilates & Lattes - FWA x Godfrey's

This Pilates mat class welcomes participants of all levels. Never tried Pilates? This is a great opportunity!

Pilates focuses on strengthening and elongating the body through precise, controlled movements, emphasizing core engagement, breath control, and body awareness.

We are on the mat the whole time and you'll feel the burn!

Bring a mat or towel. Each class is $25. Includes post-class latte or other beverage.

This class takes place at Godfrey's Farm in Sudlersville.

The space is covered so classes will happen rain or shine.
