Are you grunting reaching for the remote. Having trouble getting your socks on? Do you want improve your game. Maybe avoid or recover from injuries?
Stiff Guy Yoga is a simple class easy to follow with movements to warm the body, release tension, increase flexibility, or challenge and build balance and stability.
Choose your class in person or livestreamed online class. All classes are recorded and replays are available on our Video on Demand app for attendees every week.
