Sound & Serenity - Summer Tipi Sound Baths

I am delighted to announce that I will be hosting a series of Sound & Serenity Tipi events at Applemount Retreat this summer.

Located in breathtaking countryside with the most beautiful energy ,you are invited to embrace the healing power of sound and nature.

This is the perfect setting to unwind, recharge, and reconnect.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and tranquillity of this extraordinary location.

Applemount's stunning Tipi allows us to experience the outside/inside

Be gently guided into a relaxed, blissful state with guided meditation (each month will be a different theme)

Bathe in a soundscape of gongs, shamanic drum, and other soothing instruments

Herbal tea and grounding to close
