Rhythm & Reps

Join us for this four-week series for Older Adults 55+ led by a registered physiotherapist and certified music therapist that blends exercise with live music to make movement fun, engaging, and effective. 💪

Improve your strength, balance, and coordination while enjoying the power of rhythm. No experience needed and all fitness levels welcome, just bring your energy and enjoy moving to the music! 🎶

Classes will take place on Wednesdays in November at 2 pm at the Lonsdale Community Campus located at 1050 Lonsdale Avenue, off Bancroft, in the Minnow Lake area.
