Listening for Angels: The High Holy Day Sh’ma Experience

What will you hear in these sounds? Praying the Sh’ma on the High Holy Days is a unique experience. We leave the pattern of our usual Sh’ma and both the melody and words are elevated and expanded. Join your Beth El clergy as we explore angelic echoes in midrash and melody, and the needs of our own n’shamot (souls), in the ways we sing and listen to the Sh’ma of the Yamim Nora’im.
