Preparing for the High Holidays: Tochecha – Loving Corrections

We prepare for the High Holidays by doing teshuvah: repairing relationships and making things right with one another. Our tradition offers us a lot of wisdom to guide us through this process! Tochecha, often translated as “rebuke”, is a loving practice of drawing close and offering supportive, honest feedback. Done with care, it can deepen relationships and transform behavior to inspire real growth. Please join us for this Zoom-only session as we explore this compassionate practice of offering and receiving tochechot ahead of the High Holidays and through the year to come.
