Hooping with Toyah

These classes are for beginners or refresher in hoop technique and exercises.

Toyah is training to become a qualified Powerhoop instructor but in the meantime is starting beginners classes to prepare those of you who are brand new to hoop or would like to exercise using the hoop also.

PRICES
£6.50 per single class.
£35 for a 6 week course.
Pay on arrival. Cash or card.
For the course you can do 2 classes a week if you'd like as part of your 6 classes. Or stick to 1 a week.

Please message Toyah privately to book as spaces will be limited. Only 10 hoopers per class to start. If there is demand for more in a particular class, may be able to book an extra slot on and do double sessions to accommodate.

At your 1st class please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a health questionnaire.

If you have your own hoop you may bring it to these beginners classes, Toyah will be bringing Powerhoop slim hoops to classes so please don't worry if you don't have one.

The most important aspect/rule in classes will be TO HAVE FUN and PLEASE DO NOT JUDGE OTHERS. We want these classes to be a safe and very welcoming space for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities 🥰

These classes are for 13 years+ and all genders.

Look forward to meeting you all and getting to know you and most importantly seeing you progress with super hoop skills 😃 If you'd like to record measurements for tracking your progress we can do that too for your file.
