I'm thrilled to be bringing Move it or Lose it! to Glemsford Village Hall starting 11th June !
These fun, friendly classes are designed to help you stay strong, mobile, and independent, no matter your current level of fitness. Whether seated, standing with support, or fully mobile – there's something for everyone!
What to expect:
� Safe, evidence-based exercises
� A mix of Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance & Strength
� Improved confidence, strength & independence
� A great chance to socialise and feel good
� A little about me: I’m a highly qualified yoga teacher with 10 years’ experience and also hold a 10 year background in clinical pharmacy, so please be ensured you’ll be in knowledgeable and caring hands.
This programme was developed with the experts at the University of Birmingham and is especially beneficial for:
� Those with mobility challenges
� Long-term health conditions
� Anyone feeling socially isolated
� And those wanting to feel a little more like you again!
