This walk takes in views over the Stour Valley, turns north towards Poslingford into a rolling landscape where deer and hare are frequently encountered, has wide views over the Suffolk Heights and descends back to Clare along the Bury to Clare Path. There is very little road-walking so the route is well suited to (well-behaved) dogs.
We’ll meet at The Old Goods Shed (TOGS) in Clare Castle Country Park at 10.15 for a 10.30 departure. There’s no need to book, just bring yourselves and your boots.
