If you’re looking for a Valentine’s night that won’t drain your wallet or your patience, this is probably the only meal out where you’re guaranteed to laugh more than you spend.
Fish and Chip Quiz Night is back, and we’ve levelled up for Valentine’s Day. Demand last time was ridiculous, so we’re moving to the Village Hall to give everyone a bit more elbow room. Bigger space, more teams, and team sizes up to six instead of four.
Your ticket includes your dinner. Take your pick from Fish and Chips, Sausage and Chips, Veggie and Chips, or Scampi and Chips. The Social Club bar team will be running the bar at member prices, and you’ll still need an active membership to play.
Booking is online, and you can pay online or in cash. Booking will open once the Social Club AGM has confirmed membership fees for the year. Please mark yourself as "interested" in this event to be notified when booking opens.
The Wrapped Raffle also returns. If you received anything at Christmas that you politely smiled at, then quietly hid in a drawer, this is its moment. Wrap it up, bring it along, and grab some tickets on the night.
We’re adding a Heads or Tails game too. One pound to enter, coin or card, and all part of the fun.
