Gong Bath & Sound Journey

A gong bath is a beautiful type of meditation that carries you to another place on waves of vibrations from these amazing instruments.

What to expect….

Bring some blankets and big soft pillow, an eye mask if you have and a bottle of water in case you get thirsty. After laying down and getting comfy I will gently lead you to letting go and relax with spoken word which will fade as the gongs begin their journey with you. The gongs and other various instruments will make time seem irrelevant and unnoticeable until after 60 minutes I will guide you back. Feeling refreshed you will be ready to face the world again. Please message to book. Cost is £20 and this session will be held at Long Melford Old School in the yoga studio.
