WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT EXERCISE TO AVOID SERIOUS PROBLEMS- Walking or running is not the "cure"
I hear many people say... "I exercise everyday, I walk 1 hour everyday"...or "I do brisk walk everyday". While this is good, by no means does this constitute exercise or at least just part of it. The truth of the matter, some people over exercise by just doing walking a lot.
I have seen senior citizens having chronic hip or back pain or knee after over walking. Well actually it is not the walking that is killing them, but the preparation to it. If you have not done a lot of exercise or sports in your life at age 40 or 50 above (Really depends on somany factors not just age) you think suddenlly walking is going to be the panacea for you..think again.
Your exercise should constitute cardio (Walking, brisk walk, jogging, running, calistechnics repetition etc), Strength (Dumbells, weight machines, isometrics etc) Flexbility (Yoga, Pilates, dynamic stretching, etc). How do you integrate all of these and still save time? Can you compress all in one? Can you do cardio without walking or running? All these answers can be answered by me and much more.
You don't need a gym or memebership for this, I could show you and explain this in-depth..many coaches or trainers never educate their audience, I like to share and educate the people to be better, motivate and improve themselves.
The FUTURE PAID SESSIONS OF RM 12 PER session are mooted to be at Subang Ria park in the mornings, though all are welcome, I am doing this for age groups 40 above and especially retirees.
