Paulina
Certified Mexican nutrition coach based in Germany, specialized in vegan nutrition. After years of struggling with weight, anxiety, and burnout, she discovered how stress and a poor relationship with food impacted her hormonal health. She now helps women nourish themselves without fear, balance hormones, and feel good in their bodies — without dieting.
Zu Solares
Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Guide and Embodiment Mentor. A descendant of the Curanderas of Oaxaca, she turned her own experience with chronic illness and burnout into deep healing. Today, she supports high-achieving women in reconnecting with their intuition, regulating their nervous systems, and reclaiming their inner calm and sensuality.
