We’re back! After taking two weeks off for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, the Sturgis Gathering Market is returning this Friday with fresh local goods, friendly vendors, and a welcoming community atmosphere.
We’re excited to welcome Travis Bartels and Michelle Grosek for a special Q&A on gardening and food preservation.
Travis Bartels is the Chef at BrewBerry Bistro and has long been active in the local food scene, connecting farm-fresh ingredients with delicious meals. He recently completed the Master Gardener course through SDSU Extension and is currently working toward completing his volunteer hours.
Michelle Grosek is both a Master Gardener and a Master Food Preserver, with years of experience growing organic produce and sharing her knowledge of sustainable gardening and safe, delicious food preservation. Michelle is also a driving force behind Bear Butte Gardens, a certified organic farm right here in the Sturgis area.
