This 12-week series is your invitation to land on your mat each Wednesday evening, breathe deeply, move gently, and return to yourself. Each class blends grounding movement with restorative stillness, supporting your body and mind through the seasonal transition into autumn.
Think of it like a retreat spread out across the fall. Each week will be unique, with elements like:
-Mixed-level flow and grounding movement
-Restorative yoga and yoga nidra
-Guided meditation and breathwork
-Light journaling or reflection
-Occasional guest teachers and thoughtful surprises
Series details:
-Pay for 10 classes, attend up to 12 ($100 total)
-Miss up to 2 classes with no guilt
-Transfer a class to a friend if you’re out of town
-Bring-a-friend deal: one-time class at a reduced rate
-Minimum 6 registrations by August 31 to run the series
