Wine Pairing Dinner

Drömhus is partnering with Crave Cuisine to host a wine pairing dinner celebrating the incredible women in the culinary and winemaking world!

On Wednesday, April 30, join us for a reservation-only dinner experience. Choose from a 4:30 pm or 7:00 pm seating, where you will be treated to the following fabulous menu:

-Castelvetro & caper crostini with red wine tomato confit, parmesan dust & balsamic crema
-Shaved celery salad with crimini mushrooms and merlot bellavitano tossed in a lemon vinaigrette
-Red wine braised beef short rib OR Pan seared Mediterranean salmon cake
-Lemon feta whipped potatoes
-Glazed baby carrots & grilled zucchini
-Limoncello cake

Dinner will be prepared by chef Lori of Crave Cuisine. Wine pairings will be presented by Michelle Toumi and Kelly Hartzell of Badger Liquor.

Dinner + wine pairing is $75 per person. Tickets are available for purchase on our website. You will be asked to choose your entree when purchasing tickets. Reservations close April 24!
