Renergy Grounding April - May 2025

This is a weekly event all about grounding ourselves! During this event, you will be able to release any low level energy from the week and from life in general. There will also be times where you will be able to learn a self care technique to practice at home and in day to day life, to keep yourself centered, grounded, and confident.

What to wear/bring:
Wear comfortable clothes
Bring a yoga mat (don't worry if you don't have one)
Any crystals are welcome
Any comfort item

What to expect:
On your mats:
You will see a selenite crystal and a notebook

Our sessions will involve introductions to create a welcoming space, a guided meditation led by Liv to ease you into relaxation, and then experience the rejuvenating power of Reiki Energy and crystals, bringing balance and harmony to your body. Some sessions involve the help of tuning forks as well.
