The Body Revelation Book Study & Movement

Tuesdays 6:30-8:00PM - "The Body Revelation" book study and movement
This 10 week series starts Tuesday, Aug 19th where we will walk through the book then move our bodies with a gentle stretch/restore class.

Bring a mat, the book and a notebook, water and $30 a week or pay in full $275. This class comes with additional weekly coaching support by text as we work through the book study.
