Stepping @ Boardman Park

Come take part in this morning walk when temperatures are cooler. 😎

This is a flat trail with the option to walk as little as 1/2 a mile or up to 3 miles. We will loop back to the parking lot at each 1/2 mile mark, making this a great trail to test your endurance and see what distance/pace works best for you!

We will also discuss the topic of “diabetes prevention and self-management” 10 minutes prior to the walk, with the option to ask questions about diabetes during the walk, too. 🙂

We will meet at the large parking lot near the dog park/railroad tracks. See attached map.
