Sacred Dance Circle

Join us for our second Sacred Dance Circle—an evening of embodied movement and soulful connection for women.

This circle is a sanctuary to awaken and release through the energy of the sacral chakra, our center of creativity, sensuality, and flow.

We will gather in sacred space, warm up with breath and gentle stretches, and follow intuitive movement supported by a carefully curated playlist. No choreography. Just freedom, presence, and community.

Spots are limited to 10 participants to ensure everyone has space to move freely.

Bring: water, a hair tie, comfortable clothes, flowy skirts are welcome and an open heart. You may also wish to bring a journal.
Leave: empowered, lighter, and more connected to your body and your feminine essence.
