Feel - Think - Solve

We are very excited to offer workshops aimed at helping students understand and develop their emotional intelligence.

The workshops will consist of interactive focused sessions on the foundational abilities of identifying recognizing and managing the emotions they and others have in order to create healthier connections with themselves and others, increase self-efficacy and strengthen decision making abilities. Students will be working with each other in activities coming from their own lived experience to deepen their abilities to manage stress, learn how to have effective communications with others and promote the development of empathy. Each student will gain more than simply seeing the positive effects in their academic performance, they will also be able to promote their own personal development and ultimately start themselves on their own journey of building a successful future through developing emotional intelligence.
